At Midwest Workwear we pride ourselves in processing orders in a timely fashion; in-stock items can normally be processed in approximately 2-3 business days. Non-stock orders will normally ship within 7-14 days after ordering; however, we occasionally experience inventory backorders and delays from some suppliers up to 3-8 weeks.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for full credit within 30 days of the purchase. We are not liable for returns after 30 days. Return items must be in original condition with tags attached; Items must be unwashed, unworn and free of pet hair, lint, dirt, etc. Shipping fees are non-refundable; free shipping offers are subject to adjustments. Customer is responsible for exchange shipping charges.
Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of return at our store for credit to be processed. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at original point of purchase. We will not do exchanges; the order will need to be returned and a new order placed.
How to return an item
A return request can be submitted by selecting Account, My Orders and clicking “Return Items” next to the Order number. Select the items you would like to return with the reason and submit the form. Our customer service team will email you back within 48 hours with instructions for the return.
