How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, an email with your tracking information will be sent to you. You can also check your order status online by clicking Account, My Orders at the top of the page. Enter your order number and email address and you will be taken to the order status. If you don’t remember your order number, please email and our customer service team will assist you.


What are your shipping options?

UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air


How long before I get my return refund?

Your refund will usually be issued within 3-5 business days after we receive the return item. receives your return. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. Gift card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not take international orders; we only ship within the United States.


My package did not arrive even though the tracking number status indicates that it was delivered. How do I locate my missing package?

Occasionally, the tracking data provided by carriers can be inaccurate.  We recommend checking areas other than your front door or porch such as side entrances. You may want to check with your housemates and neighbors as well. If you do not have the package within 24 hours of the stated delivery time, please contact customer service at


How long do I have to return an item? orders may be returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition with all of the tags attached. We are currently unable to complete exchanges. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please see our return policy.


What if my item is defective

You may return an item within 30 days of purchase if a product is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered. Please log into your account, My Orders and click the return button to the right of the order number to start the return process. After 30 days of purchase, defective items should be returned directly to the manufacturer.


Why was my order canceled? When will it be refunded?

Orders are generally canceled due to payment failure or stock availability. In either case, your card is only charged once an order has shipped. If your order was canceled, you may still see the original payment authorization in a pending status. The pending payment authorization will be reversed within a few days.

Does your packing slip include the pricing on it?

Our packing slips do not include pricing.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Only one promo code can be processed with each order.


Do you price match with retailers that carry your products?

We do not offer price matching.


How should I launder my apparel purchased from Midwest Workwear?

Please follow the instructions on your product tag. We normally recommend washing in cold water and low heat or hang dry to reduce shrinking.


Where can I find more information about sizing and fit?

Size and fit guides are normally found in the catalog for each manufacturer. Catalogs are located on the Resource Tab.


Who is flame resistant (FR) clothing designed for? What standards does it meet?

FR clothing is designed for electricians and workers in the utility, oil, gas and petrochemical fields. They are at risk of being exposed to electric arcs and flash fires, which could cause severe or fatal burn injuries. Our FR clothing meets standards such as NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112 and NESC.*


Can I use multiple credit cards to pay for my order?

We do not accept multiple credit card payments; however, you can combine a Midwest Workwear Gift Card with a major credit card to pay for your order.
